  Printer-friendly page Print this story

News A national organisation, based in Cornwall are looking for babies to feature in promotional photographs, helping to advertise Real Nappies across the UK...

Go Real, the Real Nappy information service, provide independent advice to parents on the benefits of Real Nappies, how to use them and where to buy. Additionally, the organisation supports Local Authorities, Real Nappy retailers and voluntary groups across the UK and Europe, through providing high quality images and artwork to support Real Nappy promotions.

As a national organisation, Go Real are eager to represent the diversity of the UK population so are particularly keen to hear from parents of babies from Black Minority Ethnic (BME) families because they are currently an underrepresented group.
The photographs will be used across the UK and Europe on websites, posters, leaflets and other promotions and participating parents will benefit from receiving professional photos of their baby, completely free of charge.

Rebecca Rapson, Marketing Manager for Go Real said:
“We are extremely proud to be co-ordinating national Real Nappy promotions from Cornwall and are happy to be able to offer parents in the county the chance to benefit from our next photo session .”
She went on to reassure parents:
“It doesn’t matter if you don’t use Real Nappies, although we will be happy to provide information to parents who are interested; and with the fantastic designs now available, you are guaranteed to get a beautiful picture of your baby”.

The photo shoot will take place during half-term which is the 15th-19th February and will be held in Mid Cornwall, using a professional photographer experienced in photographing babies. Go Real would like to hear from any parents of babies or toddlers of nappy wearing age but particularly from BME families. All Real Nappies will be provided for use on the day.
